Our legitimate interest consists of conducting direct marketing to expand our business operations. We have conducted a “Balancing of Interests” test and concluded that your interests or fundamental rights do not override our interest, provided that:

  • The outreach is strictly B2B.

  • The services offered are relevant to your professional role.

  • You have the right to object at any time.

Note according to Recital 47 GDPR: The processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes may be regarded as carried out for a legitimate interest.

  • Public business registries.

  • Professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Xing).

5. Data Retention

  • If a business relationship is established, data is moved to our CRM under the relevant legal basis.

  • If you object to the processing, your data is immediately moved to a “Blocked List” (Robinson List) to ensure we do not contact you again in the future.

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of Access (Art. 15): Request a copy of the data we hold about you.

  • Right to Rectification (Art. 16): Correct inaccurate data.

  • Right to Erasure (Art. 17): Request the deletion of your data.
